How We Handle Your Sale

What we record on every purchase

  1. A short seller form. One page. It confirms the supplies are yours and that you are selling them of your own accord.
  2. Lot and expiration per box. Brand, product, lot number, expiration, quantity and price paid. You keep a copy — it is your receipt.
  3. A look at every box, in front of you. Seal and dating, checked where you can see it rather than in a van afterwards.

Why we log lot numbers

Three reasons. It gives you a written record of exactly what you sold and for how much. It means a specific box can be traced if a manufacturer ever issues a recall. And several metro Atlanta jurisdictions run secondhand-dealer ordinances with transaction-logging requirements, so it keeps us clean locally.

How we store what we buy

Everything is held at controlled room temperature, out of direct light, in its original sealed packaging. Nothing is stored in a vehicle overnight or in an unconditioned space. Test strips and sensors are chemically sensitive, and a box that has cooked in a car is a box that gives a bad reading to whoever uses it next. That matters more than it sounds like it does.

Your information

Transaction records are kept for seven years, encrypted at rest, and are never shared with any third party for any commercial purpose. We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a mailing list. Full privacy policy.

Questions before you sell

If anything about your situation is unclear — where the supplies came from, whether they still qualify, what a particular box is worth — call us at (470) 816-9685 and we will work through it together before anything changes hands. There is no obligation and it costs you nothing to ask.
