What we take

• New, sealed retail boxes of insulin pen needles — BD Ultra-Fine, Novofine, Novotwist, Clickfine, Droplet and store brands.
• New, sealed boxes of insulin syringes, any gauge or barrel size.
• Time left on the expiration date.

Worth selling on their own?

Usually only in volume. Pen needles and syringes are inexpensive at retail, so they carry modest resale value per box — but a large lot adds up, and bundled with test strips or sensors they are always worth including. We pay top dollar on whatever the box is genuinely worth and tell you plainly when a trip does not make sense for either of us.

• New and sealed — factory seal intact
• Still in date — the more time left, the more it is worth

That is the whole test. Send a picture of the front of the box and the expiration date — several boxes in one photo is fine — and we will read the dates for you before you commit to anything.
